Donations

Refund Policy: Donations are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, where an error has occurred, you may contact Lokaa Foundation within 30 days of the donation date to request a review and potential correction. The refunded amount will be credited to the customer account within 7 - 14 business days. Lokaa Foundation retains the right to make the final decision regarding any refund requests.
User Content
