Service Description

As a volunteer of Lokaa Foundation, I understand and agree to the following: 1. I am volunteering my time and services willingly and without compensation. 2. I will adhere to the organization's mission, values, policies, and code of conduct. 3. I will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information I may have access to during my volunteer work. 4. I will follow all safety guidelines, rules, and procedures provided by the organization. 5. I will communicate promptly with my volunteer supervisor and notify them of any changes to my availability or any concerns related to my volunteer work. 6. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and will take appropriate precautions while volunteering. Waiver and Release of Liability: I, hereby release and discharge Lokaa Foundation, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in volunteer activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that I may sustain. I understand and acknowledge that I am volunteering at my own risk and that I am solely responsible for my own safety. I also understand that Lokaa Foundation does not provide insurance coverage for volunteers. Emergency Medical Treatment Authorization: In the event of an emergency, I authorize Lokaa Foundation to seek and consent to medical treatment on my behalf, including emergency transportation and treatment, if necessary. I understand that I will be responsible for any associated medical expenses. Photograph and Likeness Release: I grant Lokaa Foundation permission to use photographs, video recordings, or other images of me for promotional or educational purposes.
